This season we have partnered with artist Marion Griese for two of our modern Batik Prints,the Momentum and Laughing Prints. Griese is a Canadian artist from the Niagara region whosevibrant and colourful abstract paintings are intuitive responses to the beauty she finds in both naturaland urban environments. She extracts elements from what she observes, reimagining them intosimplified shapes and colours to form harmonious and expressive compositions. Sustainable andethical, these artisanal handcrafted pieces incorporate our love of art and support traditionaltechniques empowering local artisans, preserving cultural heritage.
